At Qashang Apparels, we are committed to providing high-quality modest fashion including abayas, scarves, hijabs, and other modest apparel. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
The item received is damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product has a significant manufacturing defect
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this time period may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and unworn
The product must be in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be declined.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences
Slight measurement variations
Change of mind after purchase
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Discounted or sale items
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
These variations may occur due to photography conditions, fabric dye batches, or manufacturing processes and are considered normal.
4. Exchange Policy
If a product qualifies for exchange:
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Customers may exchange the item for the same product or another item of equal value
If the replacement item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
If the replacement item costs less, the difference will not be refunded.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was made by Qashang Apparels.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
The item qualifies for return under this policy, and
A replacement or exchange is not available
Refunds will be issued only through bank transfer.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange, customers must:

Clear photos of the product
A brief description of the issue.
Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged during delivery:
Take photos immediately
Contact our support team within 48 hours
We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
